SME underwriting can depend on information held by several lenders or service providers. A collaborative assessment may be valuable, while the underlying commercial and financial records still need to remain private.
At GovWare 2026 in Singapore, Kush Kanwar presented AP3 at the IMDA Pavilion through a workflow centred on lender collaboration and SME underwriting. The event ran from 13–15 October at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
A concrete workflow for private agents
The underwriting example brings a practical question into focus: can agents contribute information to an assessment without opening their organisation’s records to other participants?
Our approach uses privacy-preserving computation to evaluate an agreed function across sensitive inputs. The participants can obtain the result needed for the workflow while maintaining boundaries around the data they contribute.
For enterprise teams, the design work includes agreeing on the computation, the permissions required and the information that the output itself will reveal.
Privacy as part of enterprise security
Silence Laboratories was also highlighted through CyberSG TIG’s Cyber Innovators to Watch initiative. GovWare provided a setting to connect this work with the wider cybersecurity community and the operational questions surrounding AI agents.
We continue to build AP3 around those implementation needs: enabling useful collaboration while keeping sensitive inputs protected during the work itself.
