Hadley Stern has joined our roster as a Board Advisor. Stern brings two decades of institutional digital asset experience from Fidelity, BNY Mellon, and AWS to the company's mission of securing global financial infrastructure with cryptographic key management and privacy-preserving compute.
At Silence Laboratories, we partner with financial institutions as they build digital asset infrastructure. Adding him to the advisory board exemplifies our mission of providing pedigreed expertise.
Track Record in Institutional Digital Assets
Stern spent 18 years at Fidelity, where he launched the company's first iPhone app and co-founded Fidelity Digital Asset Services. At BNY Mellon, he served as Global Head of Digital Asset Custody, launching the first bank-grade custody platform for Bitcoin and Ethereum.
He later led the AWS Innovation Lab focused on blockchain, AI, and quantum computing for enterprise applications. He also served as COO at Bloq and scaled Solana staking at Marinade Labs. Stern holds 16 patents across technology and business processes.
"Silence Laboratories brings cutting-edge research to real-world institutional digital assets. I'm delighted to support the team as they help institutions adopt this technology in the most secure, scalable, and compliant way."
